What control panels do you support?

We natively support cPanel/WHM out of the box. Support for Plesk, DirectAdmin, and RunCloud is fully accessible, along with cloud adapter SDKs for AWS and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

How do you guarantee the AI won’t delete customer files?

Our agent runs on a highly restricted "Principle of Least Privilege" framework. It does not have access to system directory deletion commands. Additionally, every file edit goes through our virtual syntax validator, is backed up first, and is rolled back automatically within milliseconds if the target site's HTTP validation check fails post-deployment.

What happens if the AI encounters an issue it doesn't recognize?

The agent instantly recognizes its limits. Instead of guessing or "hallucinating," it compiles all diagnostic logs, steps taken, and server readings into an internal, formatted note, attaches it to the ticket, and escalates it to your human support team. The client is kept updated, and you are charged $0.00 for the transaction.

Does this require us to change our ticketing platform?

Not at all. InfraResolve is designed to hook directly into your existing support infrastructure. We provide native plugins for WHMCS, along with SaaS integrations for Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Intercom.
